I needed the single garage door tension spring replaced with an upgrade to a dual spring. The door is about 11 years old and was getting harder to open. I contacted Two Brothers Garage Doors and Tyler called me the next day and we arranged for him to come out. It took him about 30 seconds to diagnose the issue. The door was actually rubbing against the house. He recommended an adjustment. I told him I still wanted to convert to two springs instead of the single spring that was on it. He concurred and recommended new nylon rollers as the ones I had on it were plastic. It took him about 30 minutes for the whole job and the door opens and closes like a new one! No hard sells - just clear and concise information. If you are in need of garage door service this is the company you want to call. He was on time, at a great price and I am totally satisfied! I won't hesitate to call him back if additional services are needed.

I can't tell you how happy I was with the service. First of all I got to talk to an actual person when I called not some out of state company that just send handymen and take a huge cut.The person who answered the phone is who showed up at my house. I found the pricing to be very reasonable especially on a Saturday. My only car was stuck in the garage because of a broken spring. He gave me a great deal on a two springs instead of the just one I had installed. He installed great Nylon rollers with bearings and lubricated everything. He gave me a lifetime warranty on all the parts. I just have to pay labor if they fail at any time.I was quoted over $350 just to come out on a Saturday by another company at the top of the google search. That did not include any parts or labor charges nor would it be rolled into the repair cost. Also, It was nothing but AI answering the phone. I hate AI and I don't know a single person who prefers it to talking to a real person. I now have my go to garage door company. I highly reccommend them for sure.
