After an unfortunate mishap years ago, our garage door had been damaged, and it suddenly stopped working right as freezing temps, sleet, and snow rolled in. The door wouldn’t close, and we needed help fast. We called Two Brothers Garage Services, and Tyler reached out almost immediately.Tyler was incredibly accommodating and made it to our home within just a couple of hours. He was honest about what was going on and gave us two clear options without any pressure. His pricing was very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. From my first call to project completion, everything was handled within just a few hours.But the service didn’t stop there. Less than a week later, we had another (completely our fault) incident where a car was backed into a half-open garage door. It knocked the door off the track and bent the lower panels and frame. I was home alone late in the afternoon, my car was stuck inside, and I was honestly panicking.I texted Tyler, and he showed up 10 minutes later. Absolute lifesaver. He got the door working again and told me the repair was under warranty — and he wasn’t going to charge me — even though the damage was 100% my fault.I truly can’t say enough good things about the quality of his work, his responsiveness, and his integrity. Top-notch service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
