The technician was prompt, professional, and took the time to explain what was wrong with my door. Turns out the springs needed to be replaced, and he handled it quickly and efficiently. He checked the whole system thoroughly, adjusted the door alignment, and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. I would recommend to everyone who is looking for garage door fixes.
